Introduction

Change Your Brain. Change Your Life. Change the World!

What if you could vastly improve your brain's potential? What if you could improve your physical conditioning, creativity, emotional well being, focus and memory all through training your brain to perform at its highest level?

Brain Education has been created for that very purpose! Over 3 million individuals, families, schools, businesses, and organizations in our community and around the world have applied Brain Education to their lives, with amazing results!

Now, it's your turn to learn how you can take your life from good to fantastic!

Break through with Brain Education

The brain does more than help you to put one foot in front of the other. Your brain is a powerhouse of your potential and activities. When you've mastered how to operate it, you can make anything manifest.

So how does one go about mastering their brain and harnessing their full brain potential? Brain Education!

Brain Education is a modern version of traditional Eastern mind and body training integrated with neuroscientific findings. Although 5 Steps of Brain Education is deeply experiential, all five steps— Brain Sensitizing, Versatilizing, Refreshing, Integrating and Mastering—use brain-based learning to increase one's brain potential and overall well being.

Brain Education involves physical, emotional and cognitive exercises. It uses postures, breathing techniques, guided imagery and games to improve sensory awareness, motor control, balance, emotional regulation, attention, imagination and creativity.

BE has been taught in over 1,200 schools in United states as well as over 15 countries; UK, Canada, Korea, Japan, Russia, Germany, China, Ireland, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Philippines, India and Indonesia.

Attend the Brain Education Conference online course

In Summer 2015, leading Brain Education professionals gave inspirational talks on the theme of unlocking brain's potential during the Brain Education Conference, at two locations, Phoenix, AZ and Queens, NY.

Hosted by Body & Brain and Power Brain Education, the 300-person event highlighted the positive impact Brain Education has had in U.S. schools.

Now, you can be inspired too and watch the full lineup of lectures from both locations in one downloadable course.

Both in the classroom and out in the world, students across the nation are learning how. Now, with this lecture series you can too.

Course Overview

Ilchi Lee
Ilchi Lee, founder of Brain Education

Ilchi Lee gives the keynote presentation on "Brain Potential and Character Development." He describes how Brain Education has been used in school programs and to form the alternative high school program, the Benjamin School for Character Education.

The Benjamin School does not have buildings, teachers, tests, homework, or textbooks. It works through hundreds of mentors supporting students on their chosen projects. The school started out with one student mentored by Ilchi Lee. In its first year of official operation, 27 students attended and graduated. In the second and current year, 475 students are inspiring others and getting media attention with the challenging and creative projects that have changed themselves, their families, and their communities.

Ilchi Lee is a respected educator, mentor, innovator, and a New York Times Bestselling author.

He currently serves as president of the University of Brain Education and the Global Cyber University in South Korea, and the International Brain Education Association.

A Model For The future
“The Brain Education Conference sets out, quite clearly, a wonderful model for future education. As an educator, I've found that current curricula focus too much on outcomes that are easy to measure and simple to quantify and rely on skills that are irrelevant for today's society. In short: our education systems are rooted in foundations that are for the benefit of the system and not the student. I believe that our league tables and results charts simply mask a sweatshop attitude to education - our kids are stressed out, performing for others and their expectations at great cost to themselves and sadly our students end up resorting to a 'learn and dump' mentality. There is no long-term change, and certainly limited learning on how, practically, to use of any knowledge that has been accumulated. Simply "learning for the sake of learning". I may be being overly critical, and I appreciate that not all schools are the same, but the vision outlined in this conference is far better than anything that I've seen being offered today. The conference program was well-organised, balanced and interesting. The content really made me think hard about what I can do, right now, to improve the learning environment for my students and how I can develop my teaching methodologies to incorporate elements from this conference. Inspiring. Thank you. ”
