“These exercises were helpful and gave me a better overview. There were shots of the instructor's feet included, to know where to place one's own feet. But then one did not know where to place one's hands until the motion was repeated. He has a style of peace.”

Great video. But when you focus on Master Soo Ahm's feet I can not see what his upper body is doing. Particularly when he is changing arm position, it is ineffective to be focusing solely on his feet.
