7 Natural Skin Care Tips

7 Natural Skin Care Tips
SHARE
Everyone I know (me included), wants to have amazing skin. But then it's better said than done as we are all blessed with various types of skin and they all require customized care. While some individuals would do pretty fine with the use of a few products, others require quite a number of them to achieve the anticipated results.

For most people, it's much easy to go for simple over the counter skin-care products than turn to natural ones. Their reason? Natural products are way too complicated. But what if we told you that it's just a matter of perception?

If anything, there's so much more your skin can benefit from such incredible care. Want to try out?

Here are seven amazing natural care skin tips you shouldn't ignore:

1: Chilled Tea Bags for Tired Puffy Eyes

If you have been thinking that tea bags are only good for consumption, then you have been missing out on great deals all your life. Whether you like yours black, green or chamomile, they can all be of tremendous use to your skin.

How?

They help to eliminate the tired puffy feeling from your eyes. You simply have to dip two of them in a cup of hot water for a minute, let them cool in a freezer and place one of them on each closed eyelid for at least 5 minutes. You can do it at the comfort of your home or visit a medical spa.

2: Papaya to Tone Your Skin

Most individuals know the papaya fruit for its sweet taste, but what they don't know is that this amazing fruit, extends its goodness to skin-care. You just have to create a mask out of it and start saying goodbye to your skin tone, sun spots, and big pores issues. For preparation, cut a quarter piece of ripe papaya and mash it.

Then get a teaspoon on honey, sprinkle on it and then mix. Afterward, store the mixture in the fridge for at least 60 minutes (1 hour) and then gently apply it on your face. You can extend the application to your chest area if you like. Wait for at least 20 minutes before rinsing it out with clean cold/warm water. Enjoy your new-found glorious skin!

3: Raw Honey for Cleansing Your Skin

Do you need for a deep and authentic deep skin cleansing regime? Look no further, raw honey will guarantee exactly that. Evidently, your skins love the feel and taste of honey, just like your tongue.

This is because of it's amazing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory components that not only leaves your skin feeling clean, but also very tender. For this, you don't even require much time. Just take off your make-up and apply a teaspoon of honey on your face and neck areas, just as you would a facial mask. Reach out for your favorite drink and relax for at least 10 minutes. Rinse it off and pat dry. Done!

4: Coconut Water to Hydrate Dry Skin

Dry skin is a nightmare that most people would do anything to avoid. But if you find yourself with one, adding coconut water to your favorite drink list would be one of the best decisions you could ever make. For best results, take it first thing in the morning. By all means, avoid adding any sweetener to it. Most medical spas are aware of this and offer their clients this. You will love the results!

5: Nourish & Hydrate Lips with Shea Butter

There is no amazing smile without good-looking lips. And though you might want to use various products to achieve this, there is nothing that beats the touch of Shea butter components.

So the next time you head out shopping, ensure it's one of the major ingredients. You can even try making yours together with coconut oil.

6: Rose Water to Hydrate & Rejuvenates Your Skin

Ever tried getting yourself a facial mist but the price tag couldn't allow you to? Well, we have an affordable solution for you; rose water! It's known for its incredibly hydrating and refreshing capabilities. And you can keep it warm or cool depending on your preference.

No more excuses!

7: Tea Tree Oil to Eliminate Pimples

According to recent research, due to its amazing antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, tee tree can be used to treat skin break-out conditions. Just add a few drops to your cream ( in a ratio of about 5%) and apply at least two times a day.
