Recover a Weak Immune System with Belly Button Healing

Recover a Weak Immune System with Belly Button Healing
SHARE
Did you know your gut is a key factor in your overall immune health? The intestines hold 75% of your immune system and there is an especially high concentration of lymph nodes in the abdomen that connect to all organs of the body. In this article, we will discuss the benefits of stimulating the gut to naturally boost the immune system and how to mindfully do it through a holistic navel stimulation exercise called Belly Button Healing.

What is Belly Button Healing?

Belly Button Healing is a quick, one-step, self-healing method that mindfully stimulates the navel for gut and brain health, energy, and stress and pain relief, and an immunity boost. The navel is an important reflexology point at the center of your body that connects the intestines and the brain. Stimulating it activates the nerves behind it to improve circulation and send energy throughout the entire body.

Watch this video for a complete explanation of the potential of this simple yet effective method:

How Does Belly Button Healing Help a Weak Immune System?

Our immune systems are working around the clock to fight intruders, combat imbalance, and eradicate anything that threatens to compromise our health. Sickness and fatigue occurs when there is a lack of balance in the body and immune system.

To recover a natural state of health, it is important to build heat in the abdomen to increase the activity of the immune system. When your abdomen is warm, it creates an internal environment that produces good bacteria to help balance digestion. The warmth also makes the intestinal muscles more supple, which helps them move food and waste more easily along your digestive tract.

By stimulating the abdomen and entire gut, Belly Button Healing works to build inner heat and produce good bacteria within the body. Building inner heat can be done through simple exercises that raise your body temperature by just 1℃. With this one degree raise in temperature, your core body heat boosts the immune system by 500% to fight foreign invaders, viruses, and bacteria more efficiently and with ease.

How to do Belly Button Healing

Belly Button Healing can be done with your hands or with a tool, like the one found in the Belly Button Healing Kit. The kit comes with an online course and a how to-book for practical application. Here is step-by-step guidance on how to do it with your hands.

1. Find a comfortable posture sitting in a chair or lying down and place the tips of your fingers over your belly button. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths in and out to relax your mind and body.

2. Gently press into your belly button repeatedly and rhythmically. Begin lightly and gradually increase pressure as it feels comfortable to you. Continue for about 5 minutes.

3. Press in all directions around your belly button with a little more pressure to identify areas that hurt. Press down and hold on those areas and release. Repeat the pressing intermittently for one minute. As you do this, the pain will slowly ebb away, and you will begin to feel relieved.

4. To finish, rub around your belly button in a clockwise motion with your palm. This will soothe your belly from the massage exercise. Breathe naturally while you do this for one minute, focusing on the condition of your gut.

Begin with practicing Belly Button Healing for just 5 minutes twice a day. You can boost your immunity naturally and realize that you are also, simultaneously, empowering yourself to take your health into your own hands.

My husband was diagnosed of Parkinsons disease 2 years ago, when he was 49. He had a stooped posture, tremors, right arm does not move and also a pulsating feeling in his body. He was placed on Senemet for 8 months and then Siferol was introduced and replaced the Senemet, during this time span he was also diagnosed with dementia. He started having hallucinations, lost toxuch with reality. Suspecting it was the medication I took him off the Siferol (with the doctor’s knowledge) and started him on PD natural herbal formula we ordered from AKANNI HERBAL CENTRE, his symptoms totally declined over a 3 weeks use of the AKANNI HERBAL Parkinsons disease natural herbal formula. He is now almost 51 and doing very well, the disease is totally reversed!  (Visit www. akanniherbalcentre .com)
