Wouldn’t it be nice to have a computer that provides answers for the most difficult problems of your life? Well, I have good news for you. You do have such a machine! I call it your “MindScreen,” and you just need to start using it.
Your
MindScreen is a little like a movie screen, but instead of motion pictures created by other people, you create the content of your own MindScreen “movies.” Everyone has a MindScreen because everyone has an imagination. You may not think of yourself as an imaginative person, but I am certain you use your imagination all the time, even if you think you have no talent for creative arts.
Here is a simple, everyday example of how you use your MindScreen: planning a weekend hiking trip. Before you even decide to go, something must appear in your imagination that motivates you to go. Maybe you think of how good it might feel to walk out in the sunshine in a beautiful natural environment. Or, maybe you want to get into better shape, and you picture how a long walk might make your legs stronger. Or, perhaps you imagine that the scenery and exercise will help you to relax and unwind after a long work week. Then, if you take action, the content of your MindScreen becomes something real in your life—in this case an enjoyable hike out in nature.
There is also a time when your
MindScreen is very active—when you dream at night. At this time, all of the inhibitions of your waking mind are asleep, and your imagination and your deep subconscious mind are free to communicate.
For this reason, I recommend keeping a dream journal to become aware of the content of your dreams. To do this, just declare an intention before you go to sleep and then write that dream in a journal in the morning. You may find it hard to remember your dreams at first, but if you keep trying you will soon remember them easily.
Tapping into Your Subconscious When You’re Awake
As you start to notice how your MindScreen works in daily life and in your dreams, you will become more aware of your own mind. Then, you can start to apply your
MindScreen to make much more important, impactful changes in your life. Essentially, your MindScreen is in communication with the deepest, most creative parts of your brain, so learning to use it actively can help you find answers that you could never find through your conscious, rational mind alone.
In fact, I believe this is the secret of the great visionaries, artistic geniuses, and scientific innovators of human history. Some way or another, they were able to look beyond the usual ways of thinking of their place and time in history to create totally new, revolutionary ways of thinking.
Whatever problems or challenges you are facing in your life, you too can
apply your MindScreen to find new answers or to change negative patterns. The reason that people become “stuck” in certain problems is that they constantly apply the same way of thinking to try to solve their problems.
For example, let’s imagine that someone wants to lose twenty pounds, but they always fail. Again and again, their conscious mind produces the same dialog in their brain: “I am so fat. I feel ugly and ashamed. I need to go on a diet.” But, they try diet after diet, lose a little weight, and then gain it all back after a couple of months.
The same thing happens with other kinds of problems, too; we keep trying the same solutions for financial problems, relationship problems, career problems, and so on, only to find ourselves eventually back in the same place with the same problems reemerging.
You Can Sense Life Energy with Your MindScreen
You need the MindScreen so that you can go beyond the surface-level mind to get the full scope of the brain’s problem-solving ability, beyond the usual ways of thinking. Your deeper subconscious mind is more directly connected to the flow of energy in the universe, and thus can provide you with answers that reflect the deeper, energetic reality of whatever problem you are facing.
In essence, your MindScreen is a way to connect with energy through your brain so that you can find answers beyond the usual “solutions” that aren’t working. This is important for your personal problems, and it is important for the problems facing our world today since “business as usual” is no longer working.
So, for the sake of your own life, and for the sake of humanity and the planet, start exploring the wonderful
creative power of your MindScreen. Can you picture a healthier, happier, more peaceful world on your MindScreen? I know I can, and I bet you can, too.
