ChungSuk introduced audiences to his special Live Class series, "Basic Meridian Exercises for Self Healing." On Apr. 8, the bi-monthly series will resume with a special look at the Lung Meridian.
Energy meridians are channels within the body that circulate life-force energy, or Qi. Unhealthy meridians can lead to Qi blockages, preventing healthy circulation of energy which can lead to other physical and emotional ailments.
During the 13-episode series, ChungSuk will lead students on an exploration of the 12 main energy meridians, starting with the Lung Meridian. Other major meridians include the Large and Small Intestine Meridians, Kidney Meridians and Heart Meridian.
Additionally, participants will learn self-care exercises that they can use to keep their meridian channels clear and healthy. When practiced regularly, meridian exercises offer a holistic approach to preventative healthcare that is effective, easy and inexpensive.
