BOOK 8: The Chun Bu Kyung
About the Book: The Chun Bu Kyung is an ancient 81-character text of Korean-Asian tradition, similar to a sutra in Buddhism. It is essentially a numerical representation of the laws of the cosmos and is therefore difficult to interpret literally. The letter “Chun” of Chun Bu Kyung refers to heaven. “Bu” means to fit or to comply with, and “Kyung” means a book or the way. Together, Chun Bu Kyung means sacred text of heaven, or sacred words of the principle of heaven.

    We changed the pace with this work of fiction. We talked about how the themes in the book can apply to our real lives and had a reading of the final chapters to understand the spiritual and energetic potential of human beings.



BOOK 11: Earth Management
About the Book: Earth Management: A Dialogue on Ancient Korean Wisdom and Its Lessons for a New Earth is a discussion between Change Your Energy founder Ilchi Lee and Dr. Emanuel Pastreich, an American scholar of East Asian cultures. They talk about aspects of traditional Korean culture that would help us solve today's problems.

About the Book: Mago's Dream: Meeting with the Soul of the Earth helps us reconnect with the soul of the earth. By doing so, we become more aware of the earth's wisdom and its nurturing, motherly energy. By connecting with the earth, we can heal ourselves.

    We discussed our experiences with the earth at a deeper level, what we were doing to help the earth, and how we can strengthen our relationship with it.

BOOK 14: The Solar Body

We also talked about meditation for manifestation of our intentions and the use of LifeParticles and the MindScreen, which Ilchi Lee first introduces in this book.

BOOK 17: Magnetic Meditation
Magnetic Meditation: Five Minutes to Health, Energy, and Clarity by Ilchi Lee shows you how to use the feeling of the attraction between two magnets to enhance your ability to feel and focus on energy. It also demonstrates how to use magnets to amplify and circulate your body's electromagnetic field.

BOOK 20: Brain Wave Vibration

  • December 12, 2023: Coloring for Calmness
    We used the first picture and message from the Healing Hearts Coloring Book to calm our minds and release stress and emotion. We shared the pictures we colored and shared our process in coloring them.

    We explored how to build strength, cultivate humility, and embrace oneness through the simple act of bowing. We talked about the energy principles inherent in the act of bowing, and how it can help you become more authentic and true to yourself. We also practiced bowing together to have our own experience and prepare to use it in our lives.

BOOK 25: Principles of Brain Management
This short and small handbook makes brain training simple. Principles of Brain Management: A Practical Approach to Making the Most of Your Brain turns Ilchi Lee's Brain Education method of self-development into short, practical exercises and habits that we can do to rewrite the stories of our brains, and therefore, our lives.


  • October 29, 2024: Simple Techniques to Manage Your Life
    We went through an overview of each chapter, talked about some of these techniques, and shared our own ways of managing our brains.
