This talk was helpful to better understand belly button healing from the perspective of science. Looking up the scientific terms used in this lecture for further reading helped also.

Dr Westphal, would you recommend use of the healing life wand for individuals with history of abdominal surgery, colectomy, in cases of active infection (for example, diverticulitis or appendicitis), those with hiatal hernia, or in cases in which there has been mesh hernia repair?
