"Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." —Seneca
We hear a lot about New Year's Resolutions and it has become a cultural tradition to make them. But so few people nowadays actually make and/or keep their resolutions throughout the year, which leads to feelings of guilt and frustration. So this year, do something different.
Rather than set out goals for the entire year on the first of January, make it your goal in the first month of the year to
heal your chakras and prepare your mind, body and spirit for what is to come, expected and unexpected, in 2016.
If you haven't already, take some alone time to
reflect on 2015 and get a clear vision for what was good and what maybe wasn't so good. This will allow you to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie in your subtle body so you can begin healing your chakras to go forth glowing and radiant as your authentic self.
We cannot actually change our authentic selves, so rather than beginning the year with another list of unattainable goals for transformation, what if we begin with acceptance and allow the goals based on who that is, come to us?
A balanced mind, body and spirit will clear your chakras and help you get in touch with who you really are, not who you wish you could become this year. Healing your chakras can open you to a whole new world of unconditional self-love that you may have never realized existed within you! It will light the path of self-discovery and allow you to set and achieve goals throughout the year in line with your best/real self.
We continue to evolve as the year goes on, so our goals should evolve along with us.
Each of the seven chakras found in the human body has a specific energy pattern that matches different aspects of human existence: anatomical, physiological, emotional, mental, and even spiritual. Chakras serve to regulate and balance these aspects by controlling energy flow throughout the body's energy system.
And because energy moves with your mind, your chakras are also activated according to what you focus on the most.
When these energy centers are blocked or out of balance, they can literally block you from achieving things in your life that you normally would have no problem tackling—from the daily "to do" list to losing 20 pounds.
Whether you choose to make resolutions this year or just let it flow and tackle goals throughout the year,
heal your chakras to connect with your authentic self and develop that version of you.
Happy New Year, beautiful soul!
