Solar Body exercises, she not only lost 22 pounds, but also experienced unexpected benefits in an amazingly short time!
CYE: What goals did you set for yourself when you started Solar Body training?
NK: I didn’t have any particular illness, but at times, I had shoulder pain, fatigue, and couldn’t manage my weight very well. And, as I've been aging, my vision was getting worse and worse, so I had to wear glasses.
I wanted to lose weight and improve my eyesight.
So I set my goal and diligently practiced Solar Body exercises every day for three months.
CYE: What did you think of The Solar Body Book?
NK: I was deeply inspired by the Solar Body book. It was so easy to understand and had a lot of information about effective, practical methods of natural healing. After reading all the healing stories in The Solar Body book, I was inspired to recover my natural healing ability; to live a life that is always exhilarating and overflowing with vitality.
CYE: Which exercises did you do?
NK: I did Plate Balancing, Toe Tapping, Brain Wave Vibration, JangSaeng (Longevity) Walking and JiTalk (Earth Talk), the practice of speaking gibberish or that uninhibited expression babies use before they know language, when they were new to the earth.
As I did plate-balancing, I was able to feel the energy slowly circulate, even after just 10 rotations. As I felt my body warming and energy circulating, it became very fun, and the pain and stiffness in my shoulder and sides went away.
I also enjoyed practicing Toe-Tapping too as I imagined my eyes getting better.
CYE: How many times a day did you do Toe Tapping; or, how many repetitions did you do per session?
NK: I did 2,000 toe taps every day. It took about 20 minutes.
CYE: What were some of the changes you experienced?
NK: Within three months I lost 22 pounds. But I also noticed, it improved my eyesight! I used to need reading glasses. Now I don't need them anymore, and my eyesight is getting better and better.
I also feel better. Now my attitude is always bright and positive; my mind is always full of hope.
And I no longer feel fatigued. Every day my life is overflowing with vitality!
CYE: Which exercise did you experience the most change and benefit?
NK: I experienced the most change and benefit from a combination of doing JiTalk (Earth Speak) while doing Longevity Walking around the neighborhood.
The benefit of this was really amazing. It was so great to feel the air and wind, see the flowers and trees, and feel nature while doing Longevity Walking outside. And through JiTalk, I felt my tense brain become flexible, which together made my body more flexible, and I could experience my Dahnjon become warm and my heart open and shine.
CYE: How did this help you with your diet and losing weight?
NK: Since my energy was always so full, I didn’t feel empty even if I didn’t eat a lot. So, naturally my meal size decreased and I lost weight. But I also didn’t get tired or lose strength either.
Now I feel the Solar Body Method has become an important source of nutrition for my body and mind, as precious as the food I eat every day.
CYE: What would you like people to know?
NK: I want to share my experience of transforming in such a short time period with as many people as I can. I also hope that many people can be happy and healthy through the Solar Body Method as I am.
