Don’t Blame Yourself, Just Change Your Energy

Dont Blame Yourself Just Change Your Energy
SHARE
Do you ever find yourself exhausted and unmotivated, when all you want to do is sit in front of the TV putting chips or cookies into your mouth? You’re late for work, and after barely getting through the day, you get home and try to avoid your significant other and end up snapping at them in annoyance when you can’t. We’ve all had those days. But feeling this way doesn’t mean you’re a bad person; it just means you need to fill up your energy centers.

You have three main internal energy centers in your body that are associated with every aspect of your life. For ideal overall health, you need to fill these energy centers with as much energy as you use from them. I’ve written before about the benefits of keeping these energy centers full of pure energy. Now I’d like to help you recognize the symptoms that appear when they are weak or overactive.

Your lower energy center, located in the center of your lower abdomen, is associated with your physical body and your physical energy. That includes the sexual energy that gives you vitality. When you overwork yourself or engage in excessive exercise or sexual activity and don’t take time for rest, recharge, or inner reflection, you naturally have less desire to work and your libido goes down. Its difficult to have motivation or drive in this energy state, and you may find yourself unable to keep your obligations or promises.

Your middle energy center in the center of your chest, on the other hand, is related to your emotional well-being and can lose too much energy when you speak excessively, are not truthful or do not treat other people with kindness. When you don’t have enough energy in this center, you will feel constantly unsatisfied and may try to fill yourself up unsuccessfully with food or entertainment. These are the emotional cravings for food that you get when you are stressed or heartbroken as well, which happen when the energy in this center becomes blocked and cannot flow out from it.

Your mental health is related to your upper energy center in the middle of your head. You use your mental energy when you think, so excessive thinking or thinking without clarity or purpose can drain your upper energy center, making you drowsy and sleepy. You may also find yourself being confused or indecisive more easily.

Excessive thinking may begin, however, if you have too much energy in your upper energy center, which often occurs when you don’t have enough in your lower energy center. Having a strong and filled lower energy center is the foundation for energy filling and flowing through the other energy centers. Your lower energy center is like the motor that turns the whole energy system. That’s why it’s best to concentrate on filling it first. Once that is filled to overflowing, your middle energy center will also fill up. Finally, your upper energy center will fill, and you’ll find yourself with a strong body, heart and mind that work with each other instead of against each other.

By recognizing the symptoms of a weak energy center, you can reverse them. Instead of thinking, “Why am I so tired? Why can’t I stop eating? Why don’t I feel like doing anything?” or fearing that these are your innate personality characteristics, simply change your energy. There is no need to blame or beat up on yourself. Charge up your energy centers with rest, focused abdominal breathing, Magnetic Meditation or other energy exercises. Once balance is restored to your energy centers, you’ll be able to match your thoughts, will and actions, and live with wisdom, passion and integrity.
