I was recently interviewed by Change Your Energy about One Minute Change, one of the main total health techniques I write about in my upcoming book, I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years: The Ancient Secret to Longevity, Vitality, and Life Transformation. One Minute Change is an opportunity, once per hour, to step back and take a minute for yourself. You focus on your body and reconnect with your spirit. That’s why I also call it Tongchun Living, which means to reconnect with heavenly consciousness and energy.


I’m happy to share this clip from the interview with you to help you see how incorporating One Minute Change into your life—a small change—can make a big difference in your health, your energy, your mindset, and your ability to handle stressors.

Thank you for sharing this one minute exercise. I noticed that it helped strengthen my upper and lower part of my body. I was able to climb to the top of bell rock in 30 minutes and went down in 15 minutes. The strength  built from push up and squats as one minute exercise made a huge difference. Live with Hope...Live with Joy

This is amazing way to improve my blood cicurlation, and improvd my cardiovascular system, I love Tongchun living, highly recommend this to my parents and my family, thank you ilchi Lee.
