You’ve downloaded the One Minute Change app, even learned about the history and what it can do to your body — and now you’re ready to jump in. Let’s get you all set up with using the app in a step-by-step guide.

1. Login/Sign Up
Log in with your Change Your Energy account — if you don’t have one, it’s really easy to sign up for a free one. Click
Log In or
Sign Up and type in your details. Then click
“Start” on the home screen.
2. Pick a Category
Scroll through the available categories, then pick the one you want to start with.
3. Set up Your Alarm + Schedule
Set up your alarm by clicking the
plus sign in the bottom right corner, then pick a
time to start the every-hour-reminder. Set to
active and choose an alarm sound, then your schedule is set up. You can turn alarm times on or off in the schedule, too, by tapping the switch next to the time.
4. Start Exercising
At the start of the next hour, your reminder will pop on screen along with an alarm. Hit
OK and then S
tart and your first exercise will begin — the instructor will talk you through it and even demonstrate how to properly perform the exercise.
5. Customize a Routine
You can even customize your routine if you don’t want to choose a default category. Just click
“Custom Workout”, set your alarm as usual, then pick which exercises you want to include. Click the
check mark when you’re done. Now you can set to
active or delete the schedule whenever you need to.
You’re all ready to go!! Now you’ll be moving every hour, for a minute, every single day.
