As the chill of winter fades away and the warmth of the sun begins to spread across much of the Northern Hemisphere, we find ourselves in the embrace of spring—a season bursting with the promise of
new beginnings and fresh starts.
Nature awakens from its slumber, painting the world with vibrant hues, filling the air with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the sounds of new life.
But beyond the beauty that surrounds us, spring holds a deeper significance—a time of renewal and transformation not just for the world around us, but for our own lives as well. It’s a time for rejuvenation, a period to refresh the mind, body, and spirit. And it's a season ripe with opportunity, where we emerge from the quiet introspection of winter to sow the seeds of our aspirations and dreams for the future.
Preparing Yourself to Create
As we embark on new journeys, we must stay in close contact with our inner selves. If we try to create something new in our life without tending to our inner selves, we won’t be able to create anything meaningful with ease. We may still seem to reach the result we’re after, but the road will be unnecessarily difficult, and the destination may prove unfulfilling in the end.
When we’re moving through life from our heads without consulting the inner voice that resides deeper in our bodies, we can’t hear our intuition. We aren’t in touch with what we really feel or what our higher self wants. Contrary to what the media and mainstream society would tell you, if you want to create anything of value in your life, it’s not gotten by hustle; you get it through energetic alignment.
Energetic alignment means honoring the ebb and flow of our own energy to maintain balance and harmony. It also means we must know ourselves very well—not what’s on the surface, but what’s on our insides, including both our
shadow self and our true self. Yoga, tai chi, and meditation are great ways to achieve this knowledge of self and maintain your connection to your power.
When you
consciously connect to the energy circulating in your body, and connect it to the energy circulating all around you, you
strengthen our mind’s creative power. You will suddenly find yourself with insight and wisdom bubbling up from deeper places than just your thinking mind. And through this process, you develop a sense of oneness with all creation. It’s this sense of oneness that your manifestation power comes from.
So before you set out to create something—whether it’s a small project or something bigger, like creating a business, a family, or a big life change—tune in to find out how your energy is doing. Is your energy flowing well, or is it stagnant or blocked? Is it all up in your head, or are you grounded in
Water Up, Fire Down, the optimal energy state?
The condition of your energy will determine the results of your creation. When you try to create something from unbalanced energy, it is usually a lot more difficult than it needs to be. Even if you manage to get the results you’re after, it will probably require a lot of struggle, and you might even find that on the other end of your creation, you’re not happy anyway because it wasn’t the right thing for you in the first place.
Although you are a sovereign being who gets to choose what you want out of life, you are also part of something much bigger than just yourself. In order to know what is in alignment for you, you have to make the time and space to go within, know your deepest self, and listen to what it tells you. Then you can create wonderful things.
