Introduction
Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi classes take you through dynamic movement, deep stretching, breathing postures, and energy meditations that combine movement with breathing and mindfulness. Now, you can enjoy weekly live classes offered by Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi instructors. Four times a week, be seen an guided by experts in gut exercises, qigong, meridian stretching, and emotional release.
