Introduction

Worry and anxiety send our energy all over the place, bringing up memories from the past and imaginings from the future. But you may have figured out that the best way to deal with situations that worry us is by focusing on the present moment. When our minds are present, we feel calm, have better control over our bodies, breathe more deeply, and see the situation more clearly. We can have a broader and deeper perspective of our worries so we can deal with them without getting weighed down.

Meditation can help us with this, and one simple kind of meditation we can do to put our worries into perspective is giving gratitude. When we're having so many thoughts about something, wondering this and that, we can stop and say, "Thank you."

Focusing on gratitude in the moment reminds us of how much we have already. It takes focus away from the negative and redirects it to the positive. And it gives us a pause in which we can shift our thoughts and emotions to ones that are helpful, loving, and productive.

The Ground Yourself with Gratitude webinar will give help you carve out the space and time to experience this gratitude meditation. It will help you carry the grounding feeling of gratitude into all of your moments.
