Human beings can’t live without the
earth. As part of nature,
our energy has the same rhythm and vibration as that of the earth by default. Because of this fact, our bodies and brains work at their best when they resonate with the vibration of the energy of the earth.
That energy is
loving, peaceful, and harmonious. However, the minds of human beings have a limitless capacity that can imagine things that are not any of these characteristics. The thoughts in our minds can create vibrations that are dissonant, chaotic, hate-filled, and negative.
To resonate with the vibration of nature and express the purest aspect of ourselves requires zeroing down our thoughts and emotions.
By moving our body so that it vibrates and continuing this until the vibration becomes free and comfortable, uncontrolled by thought, our minds become quiet and the frequency of our brain waves slow down. In this meditative state, our breathing and our energy begin to resonate with the energy of the earth, which is the vibration of all life.
We can also resonate with nature by walking and/or breathing in it in a mindful manner. As we take the time simply to exist in nature, we can become more in tune with it. Then, rather than upsetting or being indifferent to the natural energy around us, we are strengthened, cleansed, and brightened by it. As a result, our hearts and minds
open to ourselves, other people, plants, animals, and even the earth itself.
Angst, conflict, and division do not exist in this state, so when we resonate with the vibration of nature, we can begin to heal not only ourselves, but our relationships with all life forms.
