Recently, I’ve been writing a lot about the
evolution of love and the different types of love we can have, and I’ve described a love that trumps all other kinds of love. It is the true love from which all other love comes. The ultimate love has been described as unconditional, a Tao love or an agape love. Expansive yet intimate, it extends to every particle, every space and every moment. This love is not something you search for; it is who you are. It needs no object.
Have you experienced it before? Do you know what that kind of love feels like?
Maybe you’ve caught a glimpse of Tao love as you've gazed down from the top of a mountain, laughed with a baby, gone into deep meditation, been completely accepted by someone, or been swept away by a cheering crowd. You felt free and boundless. You loved everyone, and you felt the differences between you and everything else fall away.
These glimpses don’t last long. Yet having this love exude from your every pore until you are glowing like the sun is how you can be the real you, how everything is healed, and how you gain peace and insight. This kind of love, or Tao, is the secret to all secrets.
Does this sound like it would be too hard or too far outside of people’s typical life experiences to be even worth considering?
To have a life filled with Tao love, you don’t need to spend thirty years meditating on top of a mountain or join a convent in Calcutta. However, you do need to be devoted to it because it is so different from the competition and exclusion that has characterized much of human existence so far. What’s important is that you choose to express Tao love completely. Don’t give yourself any wiggle room and don’t give up. If you choose it, then it will happen.
There are so many ways you can let love shine from you—every
technique and tip on ChangeYourEnergy.com will help you. All of the energy principles I’ve written about on this blog will guide you. Pick any you like to clear away old energy, thoughts, emotions and habits; return to your
center or
zero point; and let your true self shine.
The easiest way, I think, is practicing
Brain Wave Vibration regularly. Just move to your natural rhythm and shake your inner love out. When that love starts to feel dim, do
Brain Wave Vibration again. Repeat this process until the periods during which you are “in love” get longer and longer and eventually become your normal state.
When enough people choose to exist as Tao love, this greatest love will outshine the conflicts between different individuals and groups. The differences between us will all become meaningless when we embody the knowledge of Tao—that all life is one and has the same root.
