For Heat Therapy
Lightly spray with water. Heat in the microwave as instructed below. Apply to the desired area. Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time.
Microwave heating times:
– 600W: 1 minute 30 seconds
– 700W: 1 minute
– 800W: 1 minute
Do not overheat. Follow the recommended heating time. For reheating, heat for less than 30 seconds.
For Cold Therapy
Place the pack in a sealed bag and refrigerate or freeze for 30–60 minutes before use.
Cleaning Instructions
Do not submerge in water. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Store in a dry place to prevent moisture buildup.
