Return Policy

At Change Your Energy, each item is made just for you when you order and part of your purchase supports the artist. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right.

As a print-on-demand shop, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction with correctly printed items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

We’re happy to help if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or design
  • Your item was lost in transit (after a reasonable wait)


Not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Incorrect size, color, or item ordered by mistake
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  • Correctly printed but not as expected


To start a return:
Please email support@changeyourenergy.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Shipping

Each item at Change Your Energy is made to order through our trusted third-party partners, so delivery times include both production and shipping.

Production Time
Most items are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time
We currently offer standard shipping for most products. For domestic U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days. For international orders, delivery usually takes between 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
