For more than 45 years, Ilchi Lee has taught energy principles and developed practical methods for awakening human potential. He is the creator of Brain Education and Body & Brain Yoga, founder of the Korea Institute of Brain Science (KIBS), the United Nations NGO IBREA Foundation, and both an undergraduate and graduate university. He is also the author of more than 40 books, including the New York Times bestseller The Call of Sedona: Journey of the Heart and Living Tao: Timeless Principles for Everyday Enlightenment.
